At BENZ Tooling’s 2025 year-end celebration, employees were honored for 10 to 40 years of service with the company. The event, held at the new BENZ campus in the Kinzigpark in Gengenbach, recognized their valuable contribution to the company’s success.
The event on December 12, 2025, brought together all departments to reflect on the past year and to acknowledge the achievements of long-standing colleagues.
Special recognition was given to Stephan Obert and Josef Hummel for 40 years of service. Klaus Willmann celebrated 35 years with the company, while Hermann Heizmann and Lilli Steinbach have each been part of BENZ Tooling for 30 years. Andreas Schwindt, Oliver Jaglo and Frank Neumaier were honored for 25 years of commitment. Andrea Kreyer, Jürgen Suhm, Getrud Wißmann and Georg Buchholz have each contributed to the company’s success for 20 years. Numerous employees also celebrated their ten-year anniversaries, including Jürgen Matt, Ina Medzich, Klaus Krämer, Michael Kohl, Jürgen Schmider, Andreas Jankovic, Sven Bührer, Simon Buß, Enrico Fix, Vanessa Kälble, Sebastian Krämer, Matthias Lischka, Erik Frey and Genoveva Ines García de Pollok.

In his address, Managing Director Jens Held emphasized the great importance of long-term employee loyalty for BENZ Tooling:
“For a company, it is of inestimable value to be able to rely on so many experienced and dedicated employees. We are grateful for their loyalty, their commitment, and the enthusiasm with which they help shape our future every day.”
The year-end celebration at the new campus combined a festive atmosphere with gratitude and appreciation. It highlighted the importance of experience, continuity, and team spirit, and demonstrated that BENZ Tooling can build on a strong foundation of loyal and highly skilled employees
