As part of the "We for you" project between Club 82 and the Haslach-based company BENZ Tooling, a spring cleaning campaign took place at the food bank in Hornberg in May. Together, all the shelves were cleared out, cleaned and the products checked for shelf life.
In addition, BENZ employees and Club 82 members once again donated numerous hygiene products such as shower gel, toothpaste and soap.
The customers of the food bank were able to enjoy a large selection of drugstore products, which, according to Henriette Haas, Chairwoman of AWO-Hornberg, went over the counter within a very short time. Ms. Haas would like to thank all the helpers and participants on behalf of the Hornberg food bank.
The Club 82 association and BENZ Tooling are working together on the "Wir für euch" project to bring people with and without disabilities together in voluntary work. The project, which was initiated in 2015, supports people in need and social institutions in the Haslach area in several annual campaigns.
