Does BENZ Inc. offer local service in the U.S. for BENZ Tooling?
Yes. Standard service is two weeks. Choose Expedite Service for a 72-hour turnaround. We also have a vast inventory of new tooling units.
Does BENZ Inc. offer service on different brands?
No, we work exclusively on BENZ units.
Can BENZ Inc. upgrade existing units?
Many different upgrades to existing units are available, including:
- Addition of different output units, which may include modifying a smaller collet size to a larger one. Changes from collet output to a saw blade output or vice versa, is also available.
- If a unit has a max of 4,000 RPM’s it can be upgraded to 6,000 RPM’s.
- Input drives may also be modified, typically within 24 hours. For instance, if the unit is on an older machine with a CAT40 taper, our Service team can modify it to be compatible with CAT50, BT40 or BT50. Units may also be changed to accommodate HSK63 and HSK100 (or vice versa).
Would BENZ Inc. repair any BENZ unit?
Yes. We can evaluate any Benz unit that is purchased, second hand, off of EBay or an Auction and certify it to be within factory specs.
Are there discounts for Service Contracts?
Yes, we offer “Fixed Pricing Repairs” for customers who have multiple units with guaranteed pricing for one year.
What comes with a Unit Repair?
We offer “Crash Kits” on all units and a one-year Warranty on parts and labor.
